Zales in Robinson went way out of their way to take care of us. They had to special order the engagement ring I had fallen in love with, they offered to do this after he had called several stores and had gotten no help at all. I also love their lifetime plan.

Absolutely Wonderful! I love my wedding ring set! It is gorgeous and they do everything. Their protection plan is awesome. Compared to a lot of places, I'd go back in a heart beat. Their services was wonderful esp when my ring's prong was out of whack. They helped me right away !

They were friendly and helpful. However, the interest rate on their credit card is ABSOLUTELY ridiculous and not worth it. If I would have realized that sooner I would have paid a different way. She made it seem like it was a good deal and it wasn't at all....

The staff was amazing for us! We put both of our bands on layaway, and since my husband was living in Virginia and wouldn't be in town til a couple days before the wedding, they sized my ring ahead of time. When it didn't fit, they rushed it in to resize, had it in before the wedding AND it was a day earlier than promised! They were great to work with and we highly recommend them to anyone =)

I could not find an actual listing for the store we used because ours was in Selinsgrove, PA. They were so wonderful that I had to write a review of them! They all have been so helpful! My husband's ring was almost not going to be in in time for the wedding but they made sure it was by calling and bothering the supplier. Sure enough, it was in a couple weeks before! Overall, they were wonderful!

As it was hard to match a wedding band with my engagement ring, we struggled to find the right "fit." We ended up chosing an antique looking diamond band. Aside from it's beuty, I tend to become dissatisfied the more I go back for cleanings/inspections. During a cleaning, a diamond fell out, and during an inspection, 2 diamonds were found loose. Thank goodness we got the extended diamond warranty...

I worked with Jennifer, she was great! She connected with my husband and I and made us feel special. She always kept a great line of communications with us when it came to when our rings were ready and such. I would recommend her to anyone and she def knew her target audience well and knew how to treat a bride and groom!
