Cyndy worked with me every step of the way in the album design process. I do not live in the Pittsburgh area and we were able to communicate successfully via email. The album turned out beautifully. We had one mistake with a typographical error that I did not notice until after we received the album. I contacted Cyndy right away and she took care of everything. She was extremely responsive and helpful. The mistake was corrected and our album looks fantastic.
