Very Professional to bride and groom and wedding party.

We got married on 10/8/11 in the South Hills and rented the Hummer limo. The driver got to the hotel early to pick us up and was very professional. He was the best and nicest driver! He would help me in and out of the hummer and even held my bouquet when the photographer was taking pictures! The limo itself was really nice and we loved all of the lights and mirrors. They had napkins to match my wedding colors and had the bar stocked. We had a great time in the limo! They had us send directions and even called two days before to confirm and make sure that the times and locations were still all of the same.

Vogue Limousines provided perfect service. I can sum it up by saying they did everything they said they would and BEYOND. Not only was our driver early, he was so polite and courteous. He got us exactly where we needed to go, on time and with absolutely no issues. The limo was clean, had a fully stocked bar and was exactly what we requested. They were extremely friendly and responsive before the wedding day as well. Very easy to talk to and made sure to confirm everything with me as the date grew closer. Highly recommend their services for your big day or any special occasion!!!!!

My review is in 2 parts: Our limousine service was top-notch. I would have given them 5 stars for everything. Patrick, our driver, was excellent. He was very friendly, professional, and on time. He even had champagne poured for the entire bridal party upon returning to the limo after the ceremony, and did a toast for my new husband and I. The whole bridal party had excellent things to say about him and the service. However, we also rented a shuttle from Vogue for our hotel guests. My husband went over all of the details with someone at Vogue the day before our wedding, and the shuttle driver did not follow the directions at all. We intended for him to make trips to each of our 2 hotels, alternatively, after the reception. Instead, he picked up people and then disappeared for 45 minutes driving back and forth between the hotels. (One hotel was just about 2 miles away, the other was about 5 miles away) We had a lot of people waiting for a long time (including our grandparents) at 10:00 at night. My dad and mother-in-law ended up having to drive our guests to the hotels, which is exactly what we were trying to avoid. It was the only thing that went wrong all day, and I was really upset with the whole process. I wish we hadn't spent the money on the shuttle.

when we first booked the limo and gave the down payment they said they had a limo available that would hold the amount of people we were going to need to fit in it. when we took the rest of the money, they told us that it would be a "tight fit" and asked if we wanted to upgrade and get some thing bigger. we said yes... they didnt have anything bigger available. this was 2 weeks before the wedding so we just kept what we had already paid for and hoped for the best. it was VERY tight!!! but we had a good time and the driver was very professional, wore a suit, got us around in the ridiculous construction and the limo itself was beautiful... so even tho we had issues with the size, i would recommend them.

OMG!! My day could not have gone any better! We booked "SIGHT UNSEEN" and waited for Vogue Limousines to get in their new Limousine Trolley and it was magnificent! The attention to detail, the service from the front office to the driver, quality of the leather seating, decor, lighting, sound system and wood floors were outstanding! I would recommend Vogue Limousines to anyone needing a limousine for their wedding... or any other function! What we saw in their showroom and their staff spoke volumes of the quality and that's why we booked our vehicle sight unseen. Some of the other companies would not even allow us to see their limousines, but Vogue has a huge showroom (wish they had evening hours for their showroom). My fiancée and I were also in prior weddings with Vogue, other companies in Pittsburgh as well as DC and Orlando. We can say there is no comparison. We also booked a limo for our parents and used their services for the rehearsal dinner the night before. Several in our party told us they were blown away with the service and how nice the vehicles were. Vogue was a little more than some, but worth every bit we paid. My cousin who was in my wedding party said she was going to book her wedding with the Vogue too!! By the way, George @ the office was very professional and talked us through the process and options. He made us feel so comfortable with our selection. Many of the other companies we called and visited made us feel like just a number. George gave us personal service above and beyond our expectations... Thanks for making our day the very best it could be!

I was very satisfied with the service Vogue Limousines provided. We were able to order a limousine on a short notice without any hassle. The Driver was very polite and professional and the overall experience was nothing less of pleasant.

We really wanted a trolley for our wedding transportation and Molly's Trolley's was about to go out of business and all the other trolleys were booked. Then we stumbled across Vogue, who was in the process of getting a trolley and assured us they'd have it by the time of our wedding. We decided to go for it without seeing the trolley and it turned out great! The vehicle was very cute and added some extra charm to our day. The driver was professional, fun, flexible, etc! We had a New Year's Eve wedding and got a Limo for the wedding and a shuttle for my guests that evening. Everyone from the office guys to the driver were incredibly kind, smart, and accommodating. Our driver was there every step helping me out, everyone's bags, dresses, and comfort were all taken care of. Riding around was so much fun and made it all that much more special! My guests were also very thankful for a shuttle so no drinking and driving!!

Very nice driver! On time! No complaints!

I ended up with a free upgrade to a Bently limo. There was an engine problem with the shuttle I ordered, so my family ended up with a better one Pastor that arrived in less than 5 minutes after the issue became apparent. The Limo driver was polite, friendly, and patient. He had a sense of humor when a different bride flipped out near our chapel.

Great service and very accommodating! The 24 passenger bus was perfect! Competitive pricing, which is still pretty expensive.

I looked around and the price really was the best around. It was still super expensive, but all of them are! We rented a limo bus and everyone had a BLAST. My dad almost died the day before our wedding and was in ICU for our wedding. We asked the bus driver to make a stop at the hospital so we could make him a part of the day and our driver did not want to stop because it wasn't "in the itinerary." Normally, I would understand this, but under the circumstances, it was definitely NOT something on my mind the day before to call and add another stop to the itinerary. Also, he was a pretty bad driver. He had to keep slamming on the breaks. At one point, he slammed on the breaks so hard that everyone literally went flying out of our seats. A champagne glass fell and someone fell onto it and he was not very nice about it and made us pay $15 for the glass even though it was his fault! Other than that, it was a great time and definitely the best deal in town! They had the bus personalized with our wedding colors and had alcohol stocked (but we definitely needed a lot more, so it was a good thing we brought a lot of our own).

Vogue was great. We had a confusing pick up schedule, but they were on time for everything. Only complaint is that the driver hit a parked car at the photo site and that put us behind about 20 minutes in getting to the reception.

Provided great service both on the phone and email for booking the limo and the limo driver was nice too.

Vogue Limousines has very good rates on all their vehicles.The Rolls Royce Phantom we booked is a fancy limousine that was spot less on the inside.Chauffeur was polite through the evening and was a big help.

This limo rental place is really great and was voted top rental in Pittsburgh by the knot in 2007. The limo driver we had was very nice and anytime I called to speak with someone in the office they were always very willing to help or provide me with any information. One word of advice...book early! The limo bus that I wanted was already reserved a YEAR in advance.

We were glad we chose the 24 passenger limo bus over the stretch hummer. Our bridal party enjoyed being able to walk onto the bus as opposed to crawling onto the hummer. We were pleased with the service they provided and made our trip to the reception enjoyable. One thing to be cautious of...they were very strict with the time limits.
