Our wedding was absolutely beautiful and Judy Day did an exceptional job performing the ceremony and making sure everything went off without a hitch. We had 4 months to plan our wedding and we were also coming in from out of town. Our main issue with RMLV was the lack of communication. Sometimes a day or so would go by after leaving a message regarding something that needed answered. I was very disappointed in their responsiveness. We also thought that the fees charged just for booking the home through RMLV were outrageous! We did not consider the staff wedding planners at all but we were charged as if they were. We were responsible for finding our own vendors. We were given a list that we chose from but we were under the impression that they were there to help relieve stress during this time and take on some tasks to make the planning easier. That was not the case. All in all we were disappointed in the money that we spent for the services we recieved with the exception of paying Judy for performing our ceremony. I would reccommend her as an officiant to anyone.

It was a pleasure to work with the wedding planners at Railey Mountain Lake Vacations. I was planning the wedding from out-of-town and was unfamiliar with Garrett County in general. Judy and Lauren primarily helped us with setting up lodging for our guests and helping to plan rehearsal dinner/open house the night before the wedding. Although this is what I hired them for, they went above and beyond with helping us find vendors for the following: transportation for wedding, wedding officiant, catering for rehearsal dinner, salon services and more. They always had a solution and their knowledge of local vendors helped us find the best!

Very helpful for the details on wedding vendors and the laws/codes for having a wedding in the specific county! We really enjoyed our wedding and we happy with their services.
