An Absolute Nightmare.When I met with her, I presented her with MULTIPLE pictures of what I was looking for, she gave me a great estimate and told me it wouldn't be a problem. I met with her again for my final consultation, she confirmed with me again what I had specified. I was really excited to see what she would put together.Then, on my wedding day, my flowers were a nightmare... completely not what I wanted or what we had discussed. My bouquet was supposed to be RED and it was PURPLE and identical to the bridesmaids (which I discovered 10 minutes before I was to walk down the aisle). AND it was embarrassingly small - not even half of what a normal bridal bouquet should be.Reception centerpieces - same story. Not at all what I ordered, mostly filler. An absolute embarassment. I was mortified when I saw them.Finally, when my husband called her after the wedding to voice our frustration, she refused to answer her phone or call us back after we left MULTIPLE messages. I would not recommend her to anyone. Ever. We would have been better off going to ANYONE else.

Michelle did a wonderful job with my flowers. I had an out-of -town wedding and she was more than willing to work with me. She was very fast at responses and went above and beyond what was needed to contact me. Everyone thought the flowers were gorgeous.
