Dean from Pittsburgh DJ Company was the best! Finding a good DJ was one of the things I was worried about especially since I was planning my wedding from across the country. Dean and the rest of the Pittsburgh DJ Co. staff were great to work with and were very responsive via email. Dean was even willing to meet me at convenient location during one of my quick weekend trips back to PA. He walked me through the whole night's music choices and incorporated the songs I choose. Our wedding was all at one location and Dean transitioned from the ceremony, to cocktail hour, to the reception smoothly. The dance floor was busy all night long; man I've never danced so much in my life!! Even my father, who isn't one for dancing or loud music said that the music was at a respectable level and was able to hold conversations with our guests on the side without yelling or straining to hear them. Dean was amazing and definitely made the night! I would highly recommend Dean and Pittsburgh DJ Company!

I would recommend Dean from Pittsburgh DJ Company to any couple looking to have a professional but FUN DJ and emcee! He kept the dancefloor packed, despite the fact that it was an early afternoon/evening reception. He made sure to pronounce our bridal party's names perfectly. We requested that he play this little known song that we and our close friends love. Not only did Dean find it and play it, but he played another song very similar to it by another little off the wall band! It was like he read our minds! I would recommend Pittsburgh Dj Company to anyone looking to have a great time dancing their reception away!

Telltale sign of a great DJ - dance floor was packed all night! Dean was so awesome to work with - we never had to wait more than a few hours from a response from either himself or his office coordinator. Extremely flexible and easygoing - we weren't sure whether we were going to keep the bar open an extra hour or not, but he was game for whatever. The 6 hour wedding package (price includes setup/takedown time) was more than enough to cover either scenario without the price going up. Dean was also very professional. Announcements throughout the night were great - we had some last minute bridal party changes due to a very pregnant bridesmaid, and he was prepared for any potential lineup! Our families are still talking about how much fun they had on the dance floor. No stress in this aspect of the wedding planning - Highly recommended!

AMAZING DJ!!! We could not have been happier. During the whole planning process Matt Miller was so responsive and detail oriented. He listened to any questions or concerns that we had. He even made sure he was pronouncing each and every bridal party members name correctly during the introduction, something which we have seen butchered at other weddings. Our dance floor was packed all night and we received so many compliments on having such a fun wedding! Our guests even said they noticed Matt was having fun during the reception which just goes to show how passionate he is about his job. They also provided the uplight for our reception at a very reasonable cost. This added a little extra to the ambiance of the reception and is something we are certainly glad we spent the money for.

DJ Dean came highly recommended from our photographer...and she couldn't have been more right! He was an outstanding DJ and everyone loved him. He played all the right music and was a pleasure to be around. Out of all of the weddings we've been to recently (and we've been to quite a few), he was by far the best! He even took photographs of our wedding and put together a quick video slideshow! Thanks for everything DJ Dean; you're the best!

Pittsburgh dj company is great! I was truly satisfied with the service from beginning to end. Very professional and honored every request we wanted for our wedding! I would recommend this for any bride looking for their wedding entertainment! The price is right too, you can't beat that!

Definitely appreciated the "all-in-one" price. We didn't pay per-announcement or separately for the different special dances. One price got us a wonderful DJ who kept the party going. He did a great job of letting us know what was coming up next in our reception, too. Very professional, very fun. Highly recommended!

No question about it, Dean was the best DJ. We found Dean, while we were googling online, like we did for all of our vendors. Dean met with us when I first enquired about being our DJ for our wedding, we hired Dean on the spot. He was very thorough with asking us what songs we wanted for specific dances. He also had a list of songs that are commonly heard in weddings where you can circle if you want to hear them, not hear them, or if there was time to hear them and he did follow this sheet because we didn't want most of the traditional wedding songs played at our wedding. Dean went above and beyond, he put together a mix of songs for our first dance, it was amazing. He was in contact with us the entire time especially prior to the wedding making sure we had everything we needed. Dean was very professional, we had nothing but praise from our guests. He did not have the plastic air guitars, the plastic toys, and he was not obnoxious. He is the best DJ anyone has seen in a very long time. When he needed Kevin or myself, he found us personally to let us know what was coming next, for example the garter belt toss or the bridal dance. He made sure if he needed anyone else from the bridal party, he went personally to them to inform them of what he needed, it was never over the speaker system. Dean was great while announcing, he was very clear with announcing the bridal party and anything else that was being announced, he also made sure the songs we chose went together well. A wide variety of music was played, the dance floor was never empty, and my aunt and uncle who are in the middle 80’s danced right along with everyone else all night long, he had a great mix, and my dance floor was never empty. We wanted Amanda by Boston played sometime during the wedding, he had that as our last song, what a huge touch of class. WE highly recommend Dean, and will continue doing so. Amanda and Kevin

Dean from the Pittsburgh DJ Company was AMAZING at our wedding. He was thorough, extremely easy to work with, and very professional. Dean met us on a few occasions before the wedding, and he met us wherever and whenever we asked, he was very flexible and accommodating. He paid very close attention to every detail that we wanted on our special day. He even took the time to create a mix for my father and I's dance. We wanted to do something a little different; we started with What a Wonderful World, and broke into Footloose mid-dance. He made it perfect. He coordinated everything with our photographer, as well. He worked well with everyone, and was willing to do whatever we needed to make sure that everyone had an awesome time. He had everyone dancing that night! Dean was very easy to work with. He was willing to do whatever we wanted to make sure our reception was a hit. Dance floor was packed all night and everyone had a blast. We could have extended it for several more hours.

For my wedding DJ Matt was awesome! I was looking for someone who would be able to deliver a fun night club atmospher and he defiantly delivered. The Michael Jacksom mix at the end of the night got my father in Law who is not a dancer out on the dance floor! Matt also provided the up lighting for the venue and it really brought all the decorations together. I would defiantly use Pittaburgh DJ compamy in the future. The quality of service is certainly money well spent.
