My fiance and I bought my engagement ring and our wedding rings. We've worked with several different people, but everyone has been incredibly helpful. Not only did we have a limited budget, but we also wanted some unusual rings (for example, a birthstone wedding ring for me). They've been terrific about re-sizing my rings, and they call as soon as the re-sizing is done so I can pick it up right away. They always clean my rings when I go in, and I they keep me supplied with jewelry cleaner. They do a lot of the little things right in addition to helping us find beautiful rings within our budget!

We got all of our rings (engagement ring and two wedding bands) from Orr’s in Squirrel Hill, and we were happy with both the level of customer service and the products they delivered. My wedding band was a custom design, and when it initially arrived, I was upset to realize that it wasn’t as awesome as I had imagined it would be. Fortunately, the staff worked with me to modify the ring until it was exactly what I wanted. Overall, I would recommend this store.

Orr's helped us to find absolutely beautiful wedding rings, and have been very friendly and professional throughout the process. They aren't an inexpensive place, but you are getting an excellent quality piece that will last for generations! (And their customer service will last that long too!)

We loved working with Bob at Orrs in Sewickley. He helped us picked out wonderful wedding bands. My husband bought my engagement ring setting (but not the diamond) from Orrs as well and every time we go in there, they always offer to clean my ring, which I really appreciate.

The Orr's store that we primarily dealt with was in Squirrel Hill, PA. The woman that we dealt with a lot between my engagement ring and our wedding bands was Jen Powers. My husband was recommended to her through a friend and he raved about her. When he went to see her when picking out and purchasing my engagement ring, he did not know anything about diamonds or rings. She sat down with him for close to two hours and explained everything to him. She asked about what his budget was and was never pushy to buy. Instead, she worked with him in finding the right ring and diamond that not only was within his price range, but also suited me and my personality. Even when buying our wedding bands, Jen really was valuable in educating us about what types of metals are long lasting and creative ways to stay within our budget that we whole-heartedly appreciated. She was wonderful to work with, and we felt great about giving her our business. I would never hesitate in recommending her to anyone for any kind of jewelry!
