Michelle and Jeff of Long's Catering were absolutely wonderful. The food was amazing and we had at least 3 guests check with them the day of our wedding for catering for their future events. They were very easy to work with and always quick to return my calls or emails. They were very accommodating when I had changes that needed to be made.
