Littman Jewelers

Littman was actually the place we went for my SECOND ring - AFTER Kay's screwed us over. Apparently hubby purchased a ring at Kay's, wherein they "send it out" for sizing, which takes TWO WEEKS TIME. I picked out my ring. I stared at said ring for HOURS. Not a single imperfection to the naked eye. Upon receipt of the ring (of course, hubby didn't notice, he's a boy!), there was a LARGE, VISIBLE (from 5 feet away!) black carbon deposit in the diamond. We went back to the store and tried returning the ring and were called LIARS, and told that the ring would never be switched out with another diamond. So, off to Littman after returning that piece of junk.I got a larger diamond, a better setting, better/FASTER service, and a more peaceful experience at Littman. They size your ring the same day if their jeweler is on staff, if not, it's within 24 hours. Service was fast and not pushy or salesman-y...it was what we wanted. We went back for our wedding bands as well.

We went to the Littman Jewelers at the Ross Park Mall and found my wedding band. It is exactly what I was looking for at the best price I could find. The sales lady was very friendly and helpful.

We LOVE Littman jewelers. The staff at the South Hills Village location is extremely helpful. I originally found my engagement ring there during a mounting show. We also found perfectly matching wedding bands for the both of us there - for extremely reasonable costs! We had a slight snag with my husband's ring. It turns out that his finger was a little too large for them to just stretch/size the existing metal. The band should have been special ordered, but it was last minute. So the jewelers put a shank in (to keep it strong) at no cost to us since we should have ordered the ring specially in his size a long time ago. They are great! We hope to get more jewelry there in the future! And they're always good for free cleanings! :)
