Lenzner Bus

We hired Lenzer to provide transportation on our big day in an old fashioned trolly. Overall everything went well, the driver was lovely and arrived on time, etc. I was disappointed in the quality of the vehicle a bit, though. The air conditioner was leaking and the floor was a bit dirty. This was a bit frustrating given that everyone was dressed up, especially me in white, and we had to be very careful not to get dripped on or let anything come remotely close to the floor.

We hired Lenzner for our wedding after contacting Molly's Trolleys seeking an old fashioned trolley. Molly's was unavailable for our wedding, and I am happy they were because we really found a gem in Lenzner. They were so easy to work with and our driver was just a doll. The trolley was just lovely and I couldn't be more pleased with the service. They are certainly a hidden gem! Those looking to rent a Trolley - definitely look into Lenzner!!! They were just fantastic and you will not be disappointed!!!

I was very disappointed with the service that I received from this company. The driver arrived at our house on time but did not have adequate directions to get to the church. We had to give directions everywhere that we needed to go which took time away from being with our friends. Also, at the end of the evening the driver was late to pick up the wedding party from our reception hall because the company made the driver pick up a group of people, not our guests, because another bus was not available. This made us 45 minutes late to arrive to the hotel we were staying at, where our friends and family were waiting for us. Some of them had left because they thought we were not coming back to the hotel. I do think that this is not their typical level of customer service, but this is the service we received. I called to tell them my experience and was not offered anything more than an apology.

After a terrible experience with Molly's Trolleys, we called Lenzner to rent their trolley and couldn't have been more pleased! The trolley was gorgeous, clean and heated. the driver even made some impossible moves to get us as close as possible to an overlook so the wedding party could jump out quickly for photos on a nine degree day! The service was outstanding and we were very pleased with the price, service and the appearance of the trolley.

We used one of Lenzer's Trolleys and it was perfect. We had a large wedding party, and we wanted spouses and parents of the flower girls and ring bearers to be able to ride with us. The trolley sat 28 people, so we had plenty of room for everyone. The driver was friendly and professional. They had a just married sign on the side of the Trolley and it was a fun ride. I would definitley reccomend them.

We rented a mini bus for the wedding. It was perfect, we only were in it for 30 minutes or so, so it was all we needed. Price was good. Driver was nice. Were right on time.
