We purchased both my engagment and wedding ring from Jared's and were very pleased. Both were custom rings. I found a setting I liked on BlueNile.com and my husband brought it into Jared's. They custom made it for him in platinum for $100 less than what the site wanted for it. We also purchased an Asscher cut diamond which had to special ordered b/c of it's rarity. Most stores did not have a single stone in stock. Not only did Jared's have a large selection of GIA certified diamonds in their vault, they were able to bring several in so that my husband could look at them and decide which stone he liked the best before he decided to purchase. Since the ring was custom, it made it difficult to find a wedding ring that fit flush against it. We found a diamond band that we liked. Jared's were not only able to order it in a higher carat weight, but the in house jeweler was able to shape the ring to fit my engagement ring. B/c of their selection and skill, my husband and I were able to walk away with one of a kind wedding rings. We will be Jared's customers for life.

I purchased my wedding band at Jared's after looking around everywhere! Other chain jewelry stores were going to charge me double the cost of a white gold band to have one made in platinum, the same metal as my engagement ring. At Jared's, the extra cost was only a couple hundred dollars more--a big difference!My maid of honor went with me the first time and the saleswoman was amazing, she made us cappucinos and sat us down and showed me many bands and helped me kind of design my own in platinum. She explained to me the extra lifetime service and replacement plan and explained the difference in the types of metals as well. My band came a little later than expected and I was not called and told that it was in, I randomly stopped in and it happened to be there--so I was not thrilled about that.Additionally, I took my husband in to look at his band and he had a very specific finish and flatness in mind. We had a different saleswoman who was not half as friendly and was actually a little rude to my husband. They did not have what he was looking for and could not make or order what he wanted so we ended up buying his band online and it is perfect!

My husband and I are really happy with the service that we have received for both my engagement ring and our wedding rings. DO make sure that you buy the extended service plan on your diamonds though, its worth it! We already had one small repair on my band and the plan paid for itself. Ask for Heather, shes very knowledgeable.

DH's band broke after 2 weeks! They have ordered a new one, but it won't be in for a month!!

Everyone at Jared's is so friendly and helpful. Since he had gotten my ring there we went for our wedding bands and even the engraving was quick and flawless. I'd recommend them as a professional jeweler.

The people at Jared were very kind and took the time to help us find the right rings. When one of my stones slightly shifted in my band, they had it back to us the next day (we took it in late in the day). They are wonderful to interact with and unlike at some other jewelers we've gone in, I'm not afraid to leave my rings with them.

The salesperson was very friendly and let us take our time picking our wedding rings. She did not rush us or try to force us into buying something expensive that we did not want.

Jared's is a great store with plenty of options to choose from. They also have provided great customer service with cleanings and repairs.

Jared's Galleria is a wonderful store for jewelry of any kind. The salesmen are helpful and polite. The selection is larger than most stores. You can also go in as much as you like (everyday if you want) to have your rings/diamonds cleaned and polished to look as beautiful as the day you got it!

Everything came on time. They were flexible with shipping out of state.

We are very satisfied with the rings that we bought at Jared's. They had a large variety of styles and all of their jewelry seems to be of very good quality. They offer free cleanings, which is nice and keeps your ring looking new and shiny. Visiting the store is always pleasant. No good jewelry is going to be cheap, but we felt that Jared's offered good value.
