Jamie was absolutely fantastic! Everyone enjoyed themselves at our wedding. I loved the monogram he'd made for us and the accented red lighting was perfect! The props and the music to go with it....couldn't have been more fun. Truly an A+ performance from what I felt was the best DJ I'd ever had the pleasure of working with. Will definitely recommend his services to my friends and family, although most of them were there! :) Thank you for a fantastic time, Jamie!

Jamie is a party and that is for sure! He is totally the DJ you want if you want to dance your socks off! He is a blast and does so wonderful at orchestrating the whole event. He gets the party going but also is so perfect with the toasts and total organization. I never knew, but sometimes regular dancing can get kind of stale, he was really good at getting some group dances going when the song choice was appropriate. These made for some great photography shots! He played everything we suggested, but was very good with keeping the party on with modern and old hits. Lots of people commented about how great he was; I even had a few people say it was the best wedding they'd ever been to. I know it sounds weird, and I wasn't sure about it, but check yes to props! These were so fun! I had no idea and we got some awesome pictures b.c. of it, including one of the groom's dad playing a pink sax! When I read some other reviews of him I was unsure about a few things; I read he orchestrates the event and was a little worried he would be some cheesy guy telling everyone what to do. This is not the case, at a wedding you do need a guy telling people where to go and whats going on and he does that but not in any kind of bad way. I married into a huge family (~300 guests at the wedding), at some of their weddings you aren't even sure when the cake is being cut, with Jamie this would never happen. Everyone always knows what is going on. Everything about this Houserockers experience was perfect. If you CAN book him do! and do it early! You won't regret it.

Jamie was absolutely fabulous to work with from start to finish...you would be crazy not to hire him for your wedding!During the planning process we were unsure of what we wanted to do for entrances, songs, music planning, uplighting, etc. and Jamie was there every step of the way with fantastic suggestions and ideas to keep the party going. He was always available to help with timeline questions and to coordinate with our day-of-coordinator which made things much easier on our part and put our minds at ease. On the day of our wedding, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the creative entrance to the always-packed dance floor, he made it a night to remember. Numerous guests made specific comments about how great he was and how we made the right choice...what better compliment could you give?!?We felt comfortable with Jamie from day one and are thrilled with the choice that we made. We highly recommend him...you won't regret the decision! He's worth every dollar spent and then some.

Jamie is a true professional and provided the music for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. He provided the mics and uplighting that made our space glow! Jamie is well worth the investment and one I did not second guess at ALL!

Jamie from Houserockers did an excellent job at our wedding. His professionalism and quality of services he provided at our wedding was over the top. We had numerous people come up to us at the wedding and after to find out who our DJ was and where we found him because he was excellent. We cannot thank Jamie Simpson of Houserockers enough for the incredible job he did for our wedding. From our first meeting, we both knew that we had made the right decision. Jaime was attentive and listened to our wants and needs. He was able to create an ambiance through the music that represented both Danielle and I. His professionalism put both of us at ease because we knew that everything would be done right. We highly recommend his services to everyone.

Houserockers DJ was absolutely PHENOMENAL!! He surpassed my expectations in every way and led such a fun, exciting, and memorable evening for everyone at my reception. We had an overwhelming amount of people comment on how great of a job he did and how much they enjoyed all of the extra special touches he included in our reception that made it more unique and exciting than other receptions they have been to (i.e. the Newlywed Game, lots of crown incorporation, partner dance line-up, chapel of love, etc.). I had a few requests the during the reception that certainly put Jamie on the spot, but he went above and beyond to take care of my every request, and he was so kind and flexible about everything! In complete honesty, Houserockers DJ was my absolute favorite part of my reception (and the most worthwhile dollars spent). Words cannot express how truly grateful I am to have had him as a part of our special day - I still cannot get over how amazing he made the evening. I have already recommended him to several of my friends who are engaged, and I will continue to recommend him. I could not be more pleased, and I haven't stopped talking about him (and neither have my guests)!

I cannot begin to express my satisfaction with Jamie Simpson at Houserockers DJ. He went above and beyond what I ever imagined my DJ doing. Jamie did not stop till every detail was perfect. I always envisioned my wedding being a big party and everyone dancing till the very last minute and Jamie made that happen! Words cannot describe how much fun our reception was and it was all due to Jamies mad DJ skills. My 78 year old NANA never left the dance floor! Jamie had 3 enhancements at our wedding: a backdrop screen with a visualization going all night, uplighting, and a lighted monogram at the entrace of our reception. It all tied the room together amazingly and I have had nothing but compliments on how awesome it all looked. Jamie is by far not the typical DJ because he is in with the crowd dancing and keeping everyone going with props and the right flow of music! He kept the beginging flow of the reception at a nice pace because I wanted all the formailities done early due to us not knowing how long my grandma would be able to sit at the reception. I cannot say enough good things about Jamie and his services. They were above and beyond any of my expectations! Thank you Jamie for all of your hard work! You know it was a good time when everyone is sore the next day from dancing all night! Thank you so much and I can't wait to go to a wedding where Jamie is the DJ!

Jamie is truely the best, I wouldn't have gone with any other DJ. He DJed at my brothers wedding and 2 of my cousins weddings. He truely makes the night special and listens to what you want to happen and works very well with your wnats and needs.

If you want the best DJ out there, hire Houserockers DJ. Period. End of story. Jamie Simpson DJ'd both of my sisters' weddings as well as mine. His attention to detail is unlike anything I've ever seen. He knows just the right songs to play at just the right times. He can read the crowd and understands how to keep people on the dance floor! If there is a song, a creative idea, a unique element that you desperately want, Houserockers WILL make it happen. Jamie knows how to personalize a wedding for the bride and groom. I have relatives (with very high standards) who live out of state and ALL (and I mean ALL) said they wish Houserockers traveled to their states of Virginia and Massachusetts so they could have Houserockers at upcoming weddings! My wedding reception was absolutely perfect and I credit Houserockers (and of course my husband) with my unbelievably high level of happiness!

We chose the lighting/multimedia package and only ended up needing the lighting. Jamie was flexible enough to swap out some extra time at the reception for us, which we truly appreciated for our situation. He was a huge part of making our reception spectacular. Totally dedicated to making our night unique and took a lot of time to plan everything out for us.

Jamie was WONDERFUL! He had some great ideas and was very helpful in planning out our reception. He did a fabulous job and everyone had a lot of fun (and complimented us on our choice of DJ)! If you want your wedding reception to run smoothly and to not have to worry about a thing, you need to hire Houserockers!

Jaimie is amazing!!! He made our wedding reception into a night we will never forget. There were no awkward pauses. Our guests tell us it was the best wedding they have attended. Jamie was absolutely wonderful every single step of the way! He really took the time to ensure that we were happy with everything and that it was just perfect! He personalized the reception especially for us. I would highly recommend the confetti grand entrance! Everyone loved it and it was something that no one had seen before. It was exactly what we wanted, and more! Every single person raved about how wonderful he was. Jamie had everyone up dancing the ENTIRE night! It was the wedding reception I always dreamed of! I HIGHLY recommend Jamie as a DJ.

When hiring a DJ, I knew that I wanted someone that would entertain my guests and keep the reception flowing. Jamie did exactly this at my wedding reception. The number one thing that my guests asked me was "where did you get that awesome DJ". Jamie was very easy to work with and personable. I knew that I didn't have to worry about a thing.Jamie really got the crowd going and kept them dancing all night. He played all of the music that was requested and also threw in some of his own special touches. Jamie is a professional and an expert in enteraining. Jamie Simpson was great to work with for our wedding! He is very organized and had all the details taken care of beforehand. His planning and preparation put all our worries at ease. He also made everything run smoothly at the wedding and fall into place. He was very professional at the same time. We were really able to enjoy our entire day because we had nothing to worry about.
