My now husband bought my engagement ring and a set of diamond earing here, and then we also bought both of our wedding rings. The staff is very friendly and accomidating to price ranges. Highly recommended.

My husband purchased my engagement ring from Helzberg and we also purchased both of our wedding bands from Helzberg. Our rings are GORGEOUS and we could not be happier with them. They associates there went above and beyond our expectations to explain and tell us exactly what THEY had to offer over other jewelers. We were able to look at MY specific diamond under a magnifying glass as the associate explained what makes a high quality diamond. We also purchased the warranty & care plan which allows us free cleanings at any point and also free maintenance for the life of the plan. (resizing, etc) It actually goes so far to say that if something were to happen to my diamond and it would fall out and get lost, they would replace it at NO charge as long as we keep the extended care plan! Everyone there was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They didn't hesitate to tell us why we might NOT like one ring and why we might really like another. They asked questions about our jobs & lifestyles and gave us advice on what might work best for us on a daily basis. I have absolutely NO complaints about Helzberg Diamonds and I absolutely ADORE my ring. I would recommend them to anyone, even if you're not shopping for a wedding!
