When we first met with Brenda everything was wonderful. When it was the week of the wedding the hotel never had heard from her at all they tried to reach her and voicemail was full so I had to write her an e-mail and she gave a lame excuse that they didn't want her there til 2pm the day of the wedding anyone knows that would be crazy.
When she did get to the hotel that day she was telling the staff how wonderful she is and professional but they were not impressed with her work. the chair covers were too big and were laying on the floor for people to trip. The bows that she said was one of her talents looked like a 5 year old did it and for the hotel to tell me that they would NEVER recomend her says it all
