Elite Coach Limousine

We wanted a party and that's what we got!!! Transporting 24 people (bridesmaids, groomsmen, and B&G) - couldn't have been more pleased with the service and experience with *Elite*. Our group enjoyed our experience!!!

Elite provided Five Star transportation in connection with our daughter's recent wedding. We reserved quite a number of vehicles -- two stretch limos, one 56 passenger motor coach and one 28 passenger shuttle bus (to provide transporation from the hotel to ceremony and back to the reception for our many out of town guests), as well as a couple of towncars to transport some of our guests from the airport to the hotel and back . What could have been a logistic nightmare for us ended up being a dream. Our guests LOVED the motor coach/shuttle service and took the time to thank us for the service. The vehicles were top notch, but it was the drivers who made the day with their professional service and friendliness. Bravo to Elite!

We had an excellent experience with elite coach...especially our wonderful driver Keith! Keith showed up 15 minutes early to pick up the girls. He was very patient because of course we were late getting in the limo. He keep the air conditioner running and insisted we stay in the limo until right before the ceremony since it was outside. He helped all the girls in and out of the limo and even helped shield me as I started to get ready to walk down the aisle. He was so pleasant helping keep all of us calm and laughing. He got us to each place in a timely manner. I would recommend this company to anyone and when you call, definiely ask for KEITH!!

For our wedding in July we rented a party bus, I would recommend renting from Elite and definitely renting the party bus. It was stocked and held 15 people with plenty of room. The service was impeccable, they were on time, friendly and professional. We also had a town car come and pick us up after the wedding, the driver went out of his way to help us and made the ending to our special night even more wonderful!

I have never rented a limo prior to my wedding day, after dealing with Elite from start to finish they were professional, workable and always answered our questions. I live in an area that is hard to get to for any vehicle, never thought a stretch SUV would make it on our narrow road. Our driver Scott handled our tight roads without a problem, he was prompt to pick up the wedding party at our house. The driver was thoughtful and classy by handling the ins and out of limo 101. For a hot June day the driver had the limo well stocked and cool for the parties special day. Our driver was a saint to put up with the 14 people in our wedding party, and he was. Elite Custom Coach and the driver we had was the perfect choice for our perfect night, would I hire this company again or recomend them to someone, ABSOLUTLY!!! Thanks for everything Greg and Scott. We were very pleased with our choice of Elite Coach Limousines for our wedding transportation needs. They were easy to work with, accommodating and friendly, and their service was reasonably priced. The limo was spotless and well stocked with beverages. The driver was polite, courteous, friendly and accommodating. He was on time and knew the area well. We didn’t have to worry about anything with Elite. They are a first-class company and I highly recommend them.

I would never recommend this company to a friend, and I say this after it was highly recommended to me by a few people. I didn't think we could have hired a better company until the day of my wedding. The limo never showed to pick us up to take myself and my girls to the church. We never even received a phone call to say they were running late. After piling into my parent's van and driving an hour to the church only to make it there late, the limo eventually met up with us at the church. This would have never happened without MULTIPLE phone calls to the manager. After the ceremony, the driver had no idea how to get to the reception site. We had to give directions the entire way. This was totally unacceptable being that you HIRE a limo company to GET YOU SOMEWHERE! They should KNOW where they are going, especially when they have had the address for WEEKS in advance! The vehicle itself was immaculate, but the service was poor and unprofessional and really messed up our schedule for the entire day. After spending thousands on a photographer, the limo mishap left us no time to take the pictures that we wanted. I was extremely disappointed for the poor service and lack of empathy from a company that came so highly recommended.

Elite was reasonably priced compared to the other competition in Pittsburgh, they had the limo stocked with alcohol which was a plus. They arrived on time and were very professional.

This review is for the actual limosine and shuttle we had for our wedding day and not the drivers. Our drivers were nice and professional; however, the company and their vehicles truly disappointed me. We got married in June, it was a hot and humid day in the mid 80's and the limo's air conditioning was not working well. There were times where it was blowing hot air on us! It was the most uncomfortable ride I had and we had a longer trip from the ceremony to the reception so for a half hour we were sweating in the limo. The driver apologized about it and so I called Elite to leave feedback about their vehicles and to let them know it's unacceptable to send vehicles for a June wedding where the air conditioning is not working. The sales lady said the manager would return my call and it's 2 weeks later and I haven't received a call from them. The icing on the cake was when the shuttle we had for the guests came to pick us up at the end of the reception and that air conditioning was not working well either. I am weary about recommending them to anyone because I would not want them to be sitting in sweat in their beautiful white dress like I had to do.

I have used Elite for all of my tranportation needs on several occassions. I've had the pleasure of having a passanger van, stretch limo and my favorite the luxury bus. I will say Elite provides excellent service with very professional drivers as well as immuaculate vehicles. If you are looking for transportation services I would recommend Elite being your first and last call, You will not find a better service anywhere!

Thanks to Elite Coach Limos, my wife was able to take her girl out on the town.. We called the night of the Bachelorette party due to the other limo company backed out us and one of my buddies told me to give Elite a call and see what they could do for us.. He was right! They came out to get the ladies and showed them around town and they all felt safe and had a wonderful time.. I will use them anytime... Thanks again.. RAY @ BRITT

We were completely satisfied with our service. It was raining when I arrived at the church and Paul produced the biggest umbrella and walked me in to the church, soo professional!! I had to change my photo sites due to the rain and Paul followed right along with my last minute plan and was very flexible. Made everything work out perfectly!

Elite was very professional with their service on our wedding day. We had a limo bus and it was perfect for the bridal party. The driver was on time and knew exactly were to go. We booked a limo through Elite for both the Bachelor party and the Bachelorette party and got discounts.

They were very nice and treated us well. We had a great time on our ride from the ceremony to the reception!!

We had a great experince for our wedding day with Elite. We had the stretch HUMMER and it was awesome. They were on time, friendly and no trouble to work with at all! I would reccomend them to anyone!

This company was wonderful the entire time! Our driver was very courteous and laid back. He even took pictures for my mom with her camera. The limo was clean and well stocked. I would recommend them to anybody!

Elite limo was great, they had a wonderful selection of vehicles, our driver was very professional and safe and we had a great time riding in it, will definetly use again for private needs.

Driver was late to pick up bridal party from church and when we called the business phone, they told us that he had already reported that he picked us up and that there was no way to communicate with him. This was a lie, considering we were all still there and he called us from his cell phone.

I hired Elite Coach for our wedding day limo after calling a ton of Pittsburgh transportation companies. They had the best price, and I later found out that my reception venue recommends them. They were friendly and easy to work with, no problems in reserving them or following up with questions/information. We had the brand new Chrysler 300 limo, which was great inside and out. It holds 12, and 12 of us fit in snugly but we were fine. The driver arrived early on the wedding day. At first I thought that they had the wrong time and we'd have to pay extra, but they were just verifying directions and came back later. The driver took the girls to the church, then went to another location to get the guys. He was very polite, friendly, and professional. I'd definitely recommend Elite Coach!
