Summary: Dena and her crew are top notch. AMAZING food. Get some of the hot appetizers they are delicious. The main dishes were excellent and bride and groom got tons of compliments on tasty food. You'll be happy you picked them trust me! Like someone else mentioned their home base/store looks kinda old and run down (nice part of town just an old building on a busy road) but don't let that turn you off. First bite of the food and you'll fall in love. Other reviews mentioned "hidden costs" - there were NONE everything was upfront and spelled out both verbally, in the contract, and on the menu. Some people just don't pay attention! These people are a hidden gem. Price: No exaggeration - BEST price in town. Several dollars per head cheaper then the competitors and you get wayyyyyy more for your buck. Hot appetizers, real china (not crappy plasticware), several entrees, salads, bread, etc. We got China, appys, and several entrees here (and all were super tasty) for the price of just entrees with plastic ware at other places. I talked with at least 6 caterers and no one came close to these guys. Service - Dena and staff are very nice. It's got a mom and pop type feel which is part of the reason you get an excellent price. Dena is your main person of contact and was in touch the whole time. Very nice lady :). She made it easy and was very flexible. Also had great suggestions and was willing to create some food options for us. Even gave me her personal cell number to call anytime day or night the week before. We used their bartender too and were very happy. Taste - Tons of compliments on this. bridal party loved, family loved, and most importantly the bride and groom loved. We came home with tons of food and are loving the leftovers. Very very tasty. We had a 115 person wedding. Other notes - you aren't going to go wrong. I told them they need to raise their prices cause its to good of a deal for what you get. Would get them again no problem.

They were great and so was the food. The appetizers especially. Their meeting place is a little sketchy but don't let that turn you off. They are great to work with, and made the buffet line go so smoothly. Everyone had their food in no time. There was none of that, the first table is done eating while the last table hasn't even gotten their food yet.

I contacted Elegant Accent after finding their web site online. Dena's husband answered and was wonderful about answering questions and sharing a bit of their philosophy of how they do business. She came to our home to meet us a few weeks later and we discussed the type of food and budget we had in mind. She did a wonderful job of putting together our menu and offered us a per person upgrade to add some passed hot hour d'ourves. We actually came in well under budget. We were a little wary when we went to do our tasting, as her kitchen location looks more like an old gas station than a catering center, but the food was amazing, so we moved forward. We exchanged several emails between then and the wedding to finalize responsibilities, the menu, etc. She was prompt and courteous each time I contacted her. She was also totally willing to look at pictures of what I had in mind and to design the food stations accordingly. The wedding was on our property and they were able to use a pole barn we had near the tent site to run their operations from. The food stations (carving station, mashed potato station, salad station, hor d'dourves, etc) were beautiful and they even helped keep our cookie table and drink stations stocked. (though we were providing the food.) I left her a box of extra decorations (table runners, linen napkins, votives, etc...) and they incorporated them beautifully. I had compliment after compliment about the quality and taste of the food both during and after the wedding. Several people even mentioned it was the best wedding food they'd ever had. At the end of the night, her team packaged up the leftovers for us and headed out. She was even kind enough to tell me her service fee covered the tip and to not worry about tipping her or the staff. I would have no hesitation over recommending Dena and her team and would happily use them again for another event.

Overall I thought the food for our wedding was very good and at first glance the price was reasonable. I found that there were many additional costs for some things that we wanted that we were not made aware of until after we signed the contract. I was not completely happy with the service that we received. I am hesitant to refer anyone to this caterer.

Don't be scared by Deana's location... It leaves much to be desired, but the quality of her food, and the flexibility she provides overrides it. The cost included food, servers, linens, china, free cake-cutting, all leftovers, etc, etc, etc! She was more than willing to work out the menu to our specifications and did a fabulous job. I've heard lots of compliments on the food, including the appetizers.

We were very pleased with our caterer. She was very easy to work with and provided us with excellent service. When it came to choosing the menu she worked with us so that we could have a great variety and it ended up to be exactly what we were looking for. They came in and set up the hall with table linnens the day before and were there with smiles to serve the guests that evening. Thank you eveyone thought the food was great.

The food was very good and we loved being able to taste a good portion of the appetizers before deciding on them. They also provide the linens for the tables and had a lot to choose from. Our tables looked beautiful and the food was delicious. Since we got married their menu got even bigger and more delicious sounding.

I signed with them in June then in August I called to pay them in full for our wedding for the Folowing May and they said, O..I was getting ready to call you, we can't get the social hall anymore and we are n't going to be able to move you anywhere either but, we still want to do the catering! I was left without a hall and May is the busiest Wedding month there is! I would not recommend this vendor for anything!
