Seriously, if you have the option of using Lou for your wedding, do so. He was incredibly professional and helpful, and he was great to work with. Our wedding was scheduled with Lou before he moved to the Carolinas, and instead of cancelling on us or sending us another photographer, he flew up to Pittsburgh to honor his contract, and I'm SO glad he did! He did an AMAZING job! Thanks so much Lou!!!

Working with Lou was a wonderful experience. He is kind, professional, responsible and has a great eye for capturing all the natural events that happen on your special day. He listened to us and followed through with all of our requests, no matter how big or small. Lou's prices are amazing too. You will find in your search, that photography is probably one of the most expensive services you will have to pay for, but Lou at Custom Creative Photography has the best prices around...unbeatable. And the quality is amazing:) For anyone looking for a professional photographer who has work to show his talent, who is affordable, and who is looking for a photographer that will listen to you and guide you, you need to hire Lou and Custom Creative Photography. It will be one of the best decisions that you will make in your wedding planning process!

I can not stress to anyone enough that Custom Creative Photography is the way to go!! We absolutely loved Lou from the first consultation. He truly seemed genuinely excited about our wedding! He was the one thing we were 100% sold on and when it came to the day of the wedding he did not disappoint! He was there for every important shot and never missed a single moment! I would recommend Custom Creative Photography for any event that you would want captured..He is AMAZING!!! :)

When searching for a good photographer, I was very stressed, and almost settled with an O.K photographer before finding Custom Creative Photography. I was not thrilled with the one I was about to choose but was the best I could find within our budget at the time. It is a huge part of your wedding day (and a big part of your budget). I wanted a photographer that "wowed" us. There are so many photographers (and so-called photographers) that make searching too overwhelming to separate the good, bad, and the outrageously over priced photographers. We thought there was no such thing as good, affordable photography. I was very lucky that another soon to be bride suggested Custom Creative Photography. As soon as my husband and I looked at the photos, we fell in love with them and knew that Lou was the one we wanted to be our photographer. We could tell from the pictures that he has a desire and passion for photography and it wasn’t just another JOB for him. We wished we could have found him sooner!We had our engagement and wedding photos done with Lou at Custom Creative Photography and plan to do future sessions with him! There is nothing not to like about Lou! My husband and I (along with everyone at our wedding) absolutely loved him!

Lou DiChello truly made our wedding day. I'm a huge picture fanatic and usually take a million myself so we really needed someone that we could count on. * He was early to the house, had no problem doing a second location before the wedding for pictures.* Had wonderful ideas and listened to our crazy ideas for pictures* Got everyone and most were wonderful candid shots* Got almost every shot we requested* Worked from noon until 11 PM and the only way we knew he stayed was by the pictures! He wasn't in our face or demanding, his laid back-creative style with so many candid pictures we loved.* Got 2 cds of our pictures that we were able to load on our computer which was a huge blessing :-) * The pictures of our bridal party, families, and us together were just phenomenal. They truly bring back our wedding day each time we look at them, they are my most treasured photos.* He is animal friendly! haha We had our 2 1/2 yr old Australian Shepherd, Faith, as our flower girl. Those are just a few of the things that stick out but overall we picked Lou because he does this for fun; this isn't a job to him and he has a real passion for photography that is evident by his perfect photos!~ Greg, Amanda and Faith

My husband and I searched the internet for quite a while before we decided to contact any photographers. Lou at CCP was the first photographer we met with and after our first meeting we knew we didn't need to look any further! His packages are AMAZING and fell right within our budget no problem. He's funny, kind, and very professional. He made sure we got all of the pictures we needed to capture our special day but made sure we all had fun with it! At the reception he had set up a small table and uploaded the photo's from the ceremony for the guests to view, and let me tell you, they all loved it! They thought it was a wonderful touch for him to think about everyone at the reception that would not normally get to see the pictures. I really cannot say enough good things about Lou, his photo's and personality would work perfect with any bride with any type of budget. I can say if anyone would pass up Lou for another photographer, they're crazy! Our wedding photo's were everything we could have hoped for! Thanks Again Lou!

Lou is absolutely amazing! My husband and I are from the DC area and were getting married at Hidden Valley Four Seasons Resort. Being from out of town I had a lot of questions and concerns. It was difficult to find a photographer who lived up to my communication expectations. Lou was the perfect match for us though. He would email me back within the hour answering all questions I had. He got to know us on a friend level, which made the photography part of our wedding go very smoothly. As a bride, there are so many things you worry about and so many details you stress over. With Lou as our photographer I never stressed about the photography. I knew he knew what we wanted and would handle it as we wanted him to. After our wedding we got our picture proofs within a month. We looked through them and chose the ones we wanted for our album and received our album only 3 months later- which would have been sooner if my husband and I hadn't debated on which pictures to put in the album (they were all so good!) So- if you are looking for a photography we HIGHLY reccommend Lou!

Lou D. is the best photographer around! He is so easy to work with and will bend over backwards to get the photos you want under the time constraints many weddings have. He was the nicest person we met with and got along well with everyone. Friends and family that were getting ready with me thought Lou was a long time friend with the way he just fit right in and talked and joked with everyone. He had a big hand in keeping everyone calm and keeping things under control. He captured the moments of my big day in a way I couldn’t have even imagined. If I had to do it all over, I would hire Lou in a second. He really will do whatever he can to make your wedding day memories the most beautiful ones you could imagine. We were truly blessed to have Lou as the photographer for our wedding and recommend him wholeheartedly!

Lou is an amazing photographer as well as a wonderful person! He was a pleasure to work with for our wedding. He was very patient with our bridal party (there were 6 couples plus the ring bearer and flower girl) as well as with the requests of our family members. His pictures look great, and he took some pictures that were truly creative. (He lives up to his name!) In addition, he quickly had the pictures ready to be viewed. We would highly recommend him!

My husband and I could not have been happier with our photographer, Lou DiChello. Lou came with stellar recommendations from the daughter of a colleague of mine. From the beginning he was prompt to schedule a meeting with us and agreed to meet halfway as we were both coming from different directions. He brought enough examples of his work so we could get a good idea of the style of his photography, but he let us know that if we wanted any specific shots, or something special, to let him know. He is very personable and friendly, and we knew right away that he was someone we could work with. Lou got along with everyone at the wedding. He was not intrusive at all, but was at the right spot to get all the good shots. He also had the foresight to pull us aside during dancing to get some beautiful shots in front of the setting sun during the reception, which were some of our favorite shots. We didn't have to worry about walking him through every shot at the wedding, but could trust that he would capture what we wanted. We did have a second photographer to make it easier to get the pictures we wanted before the wedding, and also have different angle options. This was affordable to do, and we are glad we went this route. He used someone he had worked with in the past. She was very nice, but not quite as proactive about getting a feel for the shots we wanted. The only negative thing I can think of is that she took some unflattering shots of me getting ready when i was too busy to pay attention, including taking a close-up shot of my dress with the size! That was embarrassing, considering the fact that guests had cards with directions to view the photos online. I would suggest talking to Lou about filtering some pictures before the site is posted, or maybe meeting your second photographer beforehand to discuss what you want. As for putting the albums together, he let us customize them, and will let you make some changes if it's not exactly what you want. There are no words for how much I LOVE our album. We've gotten so many compliments, and many people have said it's the most beautiful album they've ever seen. It's GORGEOUS. Lou was nice enough to call us up and let us know about a promotion one of the companies he works with was running, and we got a fabulous upgrade for no extra cost. i don't see other people doing that, especially since we had to work quickly to get it submitted in time. Lou was okay with this, and he was professional and kind every step of the way so we would be happy with what we got. We even got two parent albums in time to give to our families for Christmas, which they did not expect, and loved. In a nutshell, Lou was the most affordable photographer we could find, and the fact that his personality, performance, and professionalism were exactly what one would hope to have for his/her wedding made our experience with him just great. We could not be happier. My husband and I both would recommend Lou to anyone as a photographer. He was one of the best choices we made for our wedding.

I really can't recommend Lou at Custom Creative Photography highly enough. Lou took our engagement pictures as well as the photographs for our wedding, and we were thrilled with both. I really appreciated Lou's responsiveness, organization, and professionalism. I never had to worry about him forgetting an appointment or request; he was on top of everything. His packages were much more affordable than many of the other area photographers I priced, too. And he was willing to wander all over a park with us on short notice to get our engagement pictures!The pictures are gorgeous, and the turn-around time was impressive. Most of all, though, my husband and I appreciated how comfortable Lou was to work with. We didn't want to be ordered around by some stiff stranger on our wedding day, and we weren't. Lou captured the whole ceremony as it took place, and he did it unobtrusively; he captured everything and we didn't have to do the "re-enactment" that a lot of wedding parties do. He's very easy-going and made the posed shots a lot more relaxed and fun, too. Five stars.

My husband and I contacted photographers all over the Pittsburgh area, and Lou responded quickly, professionally, and seemed very personable. Some of the other photographers would call me DAILY even though I requested to be contacted by email (I am a graduate student and often in class or lab or somewhere I cannot answer a phone), but Lou sent a couple emails and never seemed pushy.My husband and I were on a very tight budget and weren't sure we would even be able to afford a photographer for our wedding, but Lou's package is an AMAZING value! We had all day coverage and Lou was very flexible about when to be at the church, etc. He even traveled with us to the top of Mt. Washington for some incredible photos.Lou had photos from the ceremony uploaded to a laptop and was showing it at the reception -- what a surprise, I was so delighted and so were my guests! Our pictures are fantastic and I just can't do Lou justice. He is kind, funny, outgoing, and very professional and it was a pleasure to work with him. I would recommend him to ANY bride, one on a tight budget or even one who has a bit more to spend. His package and quality of photos FAR outweigh the price.THANKS LOU!

My wife and I searched around the internet for awhile before we decided to meet any photographers. I sent out emails to about 7 different ones in our area. Lou responded very quickly and professionally. A few other photographers responded, but some had no idea who would be the one actually taking the pictures and the wedding and seemed too busy to explain everything.We decided to meet with Lou and were looking at one other one to meet with. We met Lou and decided the next day to stop looking. He met all our expectations and beyond. The quality of the work was above and beyond anything we could have expected.We thank Lou for making our perfect day’s memories last forever.

I had Custom Creative Photography do my wedding and the pictures were absolutely beautiful! I live in Las Vegas at the moment so it was hard for me to find someone in Pennsylvania. I had gone through several other photographers on the phone and on their websites. They were all rude and very expensive for what I wanted. Custom Creative Photography let me customize my package and was in my budget. He was very easy to work with especially considering the long distance. He was very professional and was very fast and efficient when providing the end product. I would recommend him to any one who was looking for a photographer. He made my wedding day stress free and captured all the right moments!

Lou was great to work with for our wedding. Fun and easy going and he listened to what we were looking for (more candid shots rather than formal posing shots). Very friendly and on time for everything.

I am writing this letter in reference to Lou DiChello of Custom Creative Photography. Lou was our photographer for our wedding day. We found Lou to have excellent photographic skills at an affordable price. Lou was willing to come out and take pre-wedding pictures at the location we requested. He showed up on time and ready to go the day of the wedding. He was extremely helpful in making sure we met our timeline for pictures at the different locations. During the ceremony Lou produced excellent shots without being intrusive to the event. At the reception he was present at the major events of the night and also mingled with guests to take candid pictures. Lou was available for full day coverage of the event and stayed late into the evening. After the event Lou worked quickly to get our proofs on his website for us to view. Once the proofs were previewed Lou worked quickly again to get our picture CD to us. Lou continues to work with us on changing the effects on pictures and providing us with any prints we would like him to make. Lou also worked with us pre-wedding on our Save the Date cards. Lou is a GREAT photographer, he is friendly and funny. He did our engagement photos and our wedding photos and we were so pleased with his work. He captured all of the moments that went by so quickly that we have pictures that will last forever. I would highly recommend him to capture your special day. He even went to the salon with all us girls too oh what a fun day that was....and made the kiddos laugh.

We loved Lou! When we met Lou and saw his work, we knew we couldn't wait and we booked him on the spot! And he did not dissappoint!
