They were great and very affordable!

I rented a sound system for my outdoor wedding this past summer from Classic Tents. When my fiance and father-in-law set up the equipment on the day of the wedding one of the plug-ins on the subwoofer did not work at all. This meant we only had one working speaker. We called Classic Tents and left a message, but never received a call back and had to go on with only one speaker. When my father-in-law returned the equipment he explained to the woman at the desk about the problem and also left his name and number. NEVER did we ever hear back from Classic Tents. I would NOT recommend Classic Tents to anyone after receiving faulty equipment, but more importantly they did not take any responsibility for the problem and completely ignored the issue.

They were easy to contact and helpful in determining size dance floor for number of guests. They familiar with many venues in the area, so they know what to expect as far as room size and shape. However, they also know when usual pick up times are to be at each venue, so I think they try to throw in early pick up fees. Our venue site coordinator negotiated us out of those though. So look out for that!

Provided excellent services. Assembled my altar and did it exactly as i imagined. The consultant and I designed it and she worked with my thoughts and incorporated the peacock feathers from the wedding. Wonderful service!!

She and her crew set up and tore down. We did nothing. We started with a blank hall. Nothing but tables. Melanie transformed our building into a dreamland. We rented everything from her...linens, china, silver, crystal. She created Roman Columns behind the bridal party. She created amazing bridal seating (we had 24 people in our wedding party). Beautiful lit underlays. Amazing ceiling decorations. Table centers. She created square table design that was incredible. She does ice sculptures. I cannot tell you all she did. She's amazing.
