Carrie did a wonderful job with our fall wedding! I had met with her in March to go over the details. Being someone who was out of town, I was a bit stressed out and Carrie really did follow through with all of the aspects of what we wanted. I wanted a nice evening wedding with bright red and ivory flowers and lanterns on each table. It looked incredible! We were so pleased with everything and the pictures with all of these colors turned out gorgeous.

Flowers were not super important to me, and I didn't have much of an idea of what I wanted. Carrie Ann was great in taking my ideas and creating a vision. More importantly, she fit so well into my budget! I was thinking about getting flowers from the grocery store and making my own bouquet, but she was more affordable. AND, she donates the flowers after the wedding to a senior living center, so the flowers weren't just thrown away at the end of the night. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous and I would recommend her to anybody. If being green is important to you, I'd recommend her as well. She was more than happy to provide in season wildflowers (I had another florist tell me she wouldn't work with wildflowers), and she doesn't have a shop, so she orders only the flowers that she needs. Overall, a great experience with CAP.

Carrie does fabulous work. Everything she does has such a personal touch. A bride needs a florist who understands her needs, and Carrie knows her stuff. She is very sweet, and professional. She has a great business and her prices are very fair. A lot of times, you mention the word wedding and instantly the florist gets carried away, but Carrie made my dreams come true, all within my budget. I would recommend her to everyone!

From our consult through to the day of my wedding, Carrie was the picture of knowledge, professionalism, flexibility, and kindness with a generous helping of artistic vision!! :) I met with a total of five florists on the day that I consulted with Carrie. I shared my ideas, and Carrie was able to make wonderful suggestions that would match the theme of my wedding, improve the look of the arrangements, and help keep me within budget She was the only florist to actually give me a price estimate for each floral order (bridesmaids bouquets, bridal bouquet, aisle runner, centerpieces, etc). I walked away from that meeting knowing the price of each component, which was something the other florists did not offer. During the months of planning my wedding long-distance, Carrie was very receptive to my e-mails that often included minor modifications to the original plan. She would always respond in a timely manner and ALWAYS sent along a new itemized price list that would show how my changes affected the pricing. On the day of the wedding, Carrie was willing to make an extra stop at my parents' home to drop off the bridesmaids and bridal bouquet. When I arrived at the church, she had placed the flowers perfectly and they look gorgeous! The same was true of the flowers at the reception. Everything looked better than I could have imagined. I'm so very glad that I chose to work with Carrie Powell. Her artistic gift and desire to incorporate the bride's vision make her the obvious choice! :)

We got silk flowers from Carrie and everyone commented on how awesome they looked and how real they seemed. She even went out of her way to fix my bridemaids' bouquet I got from somewhere else and made them look ten times better. They look great and I'll have them forever too!

The first thing I heard when I got to our wedding reception was how beautiful the centerpieces were. Working with Carrie Powell was easy. After one meeting she knew exactly what I wanted and it was wonderful to see it carried out on the wedding day. She offered a lot of suggestions without feeling pushy at all. I could not have asked for a better florist for my wedding day. I would recommend her strongly to anyone.

Carrie was very friendly to work with, responded quick to any questions or changes that I wanted. She was flexible with ideas and had a great understanding of what would look right with our dresses. Our flowers looked beautiful and ever color popped. The reception looked beautiful. Glad I went with Carrie Ann Powell!

Carrie helped me so much with all the details to help make my wedding perfect. I thought the flowers and centerpieces that she did for us exceeded my expectations and were beautiful. I feel very confident recommending her to friends and family for their weddings! She had so many great ideas and listened to my ideas as well.

Everything that Carrie did from start to finish was absolutely perfect. When I arrived at the church and saw all of the bouquets, I literally cried, they were so beautiful. Of all of my vendors, Carrie was the most professional and the least stress inducing. We met with her, told us what we wanted, and she took it from there; the result was absolutely beautiful. She listened to everything that I said and put it together more beautifully than I could have imagined. Additionally, every single time I emailed her she got back to me immediately and every change that I made to my order was immediately accommodated. Carrie is HIGHLY recommended!

Carrie has SO many amazing reviews, and a absolutely stunning portfolio.. this is why we chose to go with her for our wedding flowers. I was wrong in that decision! I absolutely love dahilia's, so when Carrie agreed to use them in my bouquet *and i thought in my centerpieces as well* i was thrilled! I based a lot of my wedding around the dahlia. Carrie had sample's made for me from fake flowers, which i thought was great .. we scheduled a time to meet with her at her house. My husband and I drove to her house at the scheduled time (arrived promptly! 30 minute drive) only to find that she was not home, and did not contact us to apologize for another 2 hours (she claimed she was in her backyard, but my husband had walked around the side of her house to see if that was the case and couldn't hear us knocking.. not to mention there were no cars and the house was silent) I got over it, and she met with us at our house the next day to show us our samples. They were beautiful and i loved them and forgot all about the prior days incident .. My bouquet was ALL ivory roses, burgundy dahlia's, burgundy calla lillies, and we added hypericum berries, barely any leaves at all.. my centerpieces (the ones she showed me) were also dahlia's and calla lillies we made a few minor changes and that was it !! on my wedding day, i came to find that Carrie had dropped my flowers off early in the morning with my wedding coordinator and didn't bother to stick around at all .. i didn't see her. Even more upsetting (and probably the reason she left in a hurry) was the fact that i had absolutely NO dahlia's. Anywhere. In the dahlia's place were carnations. I hate carnations. Later at the reception i came to find that there were NO dahlia's there either, just lots and lots of carnations. Also, my burgundy calla's from my samples were pure black, and my bouquet of once ALL flowers *like the sample* were FILLED with hideous leaves. Needless to say i was very, very upset and after the honeymoon i contacted Carrie. (even though she completely changed my order, my fled my wedding before i saw her and never contacted me afterwards to explain-i had to contact her) She claims that since my contract never actually listed the flowers in the centerpieces, she had no idea i wanted dahlia's and calla's in my centerpieces (even though that's what she showed me and i approved at my house) .. then she claimed that her florist was unable to get the dahlia's, so she decided to go with carnations instead because they "were the same color" .. without contacting me AT ALL. she also was very hesitant to return any money because she claims she "lost money" on the order because even though dahlia's are *much* more expensive than cheap carnations, she had to buy twice as many carnations due to bundling requirements at her florist warehouse .. not sure how that was my problem. i ended up getting refunded only for my bouquet. i have NO doubts that carrie can do FABOLOUS work .. i loved my samples .. just be sure you get absolutely EVERYTHING in writing, and put a clause in her contract that says she MUST contact you if she decides to change anything... otherwise you may end up with a nice, unpleasant surprise. (also, i have pictures of the samples & what i received if anyone is interested)

Carrie is wonderful to work with!! I wanted vintage looking flowers with hydrangeas, garden roses, and stephanotis with pearl pins and she made that vision a reality. My flowers were so gorgeous and I got so many compliments on how beautiful they were. Carrie arrived at the venue and church early in the morning and set up and had everything ready in a few hours. Don't hesitate at all with Carrie!

Awesome service and Carrie did better than I could of imagined. I was very happy and my guests commented on how nice the arrangements looked. The flowers stayed fresh for days after the wedding too!

When I first started my search for florists I was kinda worried being how expensive it can be for the amount of flowers needed for a wedding, however, when I met with Carrie I was pleasently surprised how reasonable her prices were. She was able to bring the flowers to the hotel the morning of the wedding earlier than expected and they turned out GORGEOUS! I rec'd so many compliments fon my flowers, I would and have recommended Carrie to friends that have upcoming wedding!

VERY DISAPPOINTED! After meeting Carrie and reading several positive reviews on WeddingWire, I knew that I was going to book her to do our flowers for our wedding, as she seemed very professional and knowledgeable, which is why we were willing to pay her higher prices compared to other florists we spoke with. Unfortunately, she did not even come close to meeting our expectations and we are very disappointed with her service and would not recommend her for something as important as wedding flowers. First, we did not get what we ordered. She had beautiful pictures on her website of round flower displays hanging from shepard hooks that we ordered for our outdoor ceremony, and we did not get them, but instead got a few small arrangements of ugly little flowers on small stands that were hideous and we didn't even use. Next, my bouquet was the same size as all of the bridesmaids, despite my communication with her several times that I wanted a much larger boquet. The flowers in the boquets though were pretty. Finally, we asked for all the boquets to be wrapped in white satin ribbon and they were not, rather they were wrapped in some cheap mesh material. I did email Carrie about not getting what we ordered (and paid for), and she refunded half of the money for those flowers, though I do not feel we were given a good reason for not getting what we ordered. My thoughts are because she had more than one wedding on our day, she probably rushed through putting our order together. Again, very disappointed and would not recommend her for wedding flowers.

Carrie, WOW!!! I wanted to have "Bella's Birthday" from the movie new moon as cheesy as that sounds and you did it! I told Carrie that as an example to show her my vision of how I wanted candles and flowers all around us. Planning over 1,000 miles away, she met with us over christmas during the holiday season and made time for us. She even sent a thank you card to us saying thank you for allowing us to have her as our florist. I am the one who is thankful, she made our ceremony and reception into the most amazing place ever. She took my vision and made it come to life. I did not want anything over the top I just wanted romatic and calming, with sexy added to it. She did that, everything we wanted she made happen nothing and I mean NOTHING was wrong! PERFECT!! Thank you Carrie for making our ceremony and reception look like heaven on earth. Amazing!!

My experience with Carrie was great. Her attention to detail and her artistry really came through in my flowers. They were exactly what I wanted! Carrie really made my wedding centerpieces stand out and they looked fabulous. The colors were PERFECT! I was 100% satisified and would use her again in the future. Also, she was one of the cheapest in the area and overall was the best in the area.

Carrie was FABULOUS all around! Carrie was very flexible and patient with me, I had no idea what I wanted and she worked with me to decide on what would look best for my boquet, my bridesmaids boquets and for decor. I was totally in awe when I got to the church and saw the arrangements she had done. They colors and flowers were absolutely gorgeous! I could not have asked for anything more! They were above and beyond what I ever imagined! I can't tell you how many compliments I received on how beautiful my flowers were! Also, her prices were very reasonable and I can say this since I had met with 4 other florists.

Carrie did an amazing job with my wedding flowers. I did not have very much of a vision for my wedding day but I knew I wanted succulents that could be replanted after the wedding. When I saw my bouquet I was absolutely floored- it was the most beautiful bouquet that I had ever seen. In addition, she had taken the few points that I mentioned about the reception centerpieces and made it into a beautiful piece of art that completely fit the venue. I found her to be very affordable ( i had a limited budget). I would recommend Carrie to any bride...she made my wedding absolutely beautiful!

Carrie provided fabulous flowers for our wedding - she gave us beautiful flowers exactly as we wanted them, and at a great cost. She was very professional and easy to work with, accomodating any questions/changes that we had. The flowers were remarkably fresh and lasted long beyond the wedding, allowing us to enjoy them after our special day. I highly recommend Carrie for anyone looking for fabulous results at a great price!
