Annie was beyond perfect and we'll never be able to find the right words to describe how beautifully her pictures tell the story of our wedding.You couldnt ask for a better person to work with either! Annie was there capturing every moment but was never "in the way" as I have heard other brodes say about the photographers they had. We had family members who didn't shed one tear during the entire wedding, crying their eyes out watching the slideshow of our wedding pictures!! We will never be able to thank her enough for everything. When it comes to a wedding the photographs are what you will have 20,30,50 years later and Annie has made stunning memories for us!!! We cannot say enough wonderful things about her. I wish that every bride could have her as their photographer on their wedding day!!!

Annie and Nancy was just the perfect modern photographers. They were extremely dedicated to capturing every detail, non-intrusive, and so professional and nice. We had a blast having them photograph for us, and the pictures are truly wonderful. I really don't think you can find people with better equipment, experience, skill and true enthusiasm. I'd recommend them to anyone, but be sure to contact them early as they get booked quickly!

Annie was wonderful. She was so easy to work with and really made taking pictures fun. Our pictures are amazing and really tell a story. We can relive our wedding day everytime we look at the pictures. Our guests commented on how the photographers never missed anything and we had 500 guests at our wedding. We also had a photo booth and that was just great. Our guests had so much fun with that and it was great way to have pictures of our guests. We had so much fun at our wedding and Annie captured every moment of it.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Annie! Finding a good photographer is one of the best investments you can make for your wedding, because those pictures will be around forever. You want to work with someone who is respectful of what you want, and that really adds a positive vibe to your whole wedding experience. Working with Annie was a pleasure throughout the entire process.We got married in Pittsburgh, though both of us live in NYC, so we found her through WeddingWire. She was so friendly and willing to work with us to understand what we wanted. She even came over to our apartment in NY to meet us in person after the initial phone call because she happened to be visiting the city over a weekend. She made us feel at ease right away, and her helpfulness with planning a long-distance wedding (she knows everybody in Pittsburgh!) was also great. She recommended a videographer for us, and even made multiple phone calls and spoke to everybody she knew to help us find a wedding officiant! That kind of helpfulness and flexibility were some of the things that made working with her such a positive experience.Another thing we appreciated was that Annie really does her research on your venue and the wedding party and family. She even came to the rehearsal to scope out the space and made sure she knew who the key people were. On the actual day, she and Nancy both arrived over an hour earlier than their contracted time to take pictures while we were getting ready, and stayed until the very end. Nancy even showed up at the hotel and was taking pictures of us as we were returning after the reception was over! Annie was creative with her pictures and had fun with the wedding party (the wedding was at a museum, so we had fun posing around sculptures and other artwork), and was also really tactful of family situations (divorced parents). During the ceremony and the reception, she and Nancy got pictures of everybody there - they weren't just following the bride and groom around, and they got beautiful, touching, and sometimes hilarious, shots of family members and guests. She managed to capture every emotion during the day and her photos reflect her photojournalism background - they tell a "story". It never felt intrusive though - they weren't "in your face" at all. She was also extremely quick with the follow up - first a slideshow, and then the whole collection of digital proofs. Absolutely everybody who was seen her work has told us how amazing her photos are and what a great choice she was - people even told us that looking at her work brought tears to their eyes because the images were so touching.Annie is cheerful and upbeat, incredibly talented and professional, and I would highly recommend her!

My wife and I got married in July and we couldn't have been happier with Annie. Not only were the photographs amazing, but she also spent a great deal of time talking with us to plan out the best places to take the photos and to figure out exactly what look we wanted them to have. Annie even spent some of her own time scouting out different locations and backup locations for us to take the pictures. So far we have received all of our digital proofs and a hard copy of the proofs, both of which Annie gave to us in very nicely presented boxes. We should be receiving our album soon and we know it will be amazing. Thaks again Annie for everything.

Words cannot describe how much I love our wedding pictures! Annie did an amazing job capturing every moment of our wedding. When we got our proofs I felt like I was reliving the whole day. Annie was great about meeting with us to go over any questions we had, plan out our timeline of the day and get to know us as a couple. I would recommend Annie to anyone. My husband and I got married in Detroit, MI. Funny enough-- neither one of us is from Detroit and were at a loss when it came to finding vendors. We somehow stumbled upon Annie O'Neill Photography and I'm so glad we did! At our first meeting, Annie was extremely professional yet warm and compassionate. She explained how she takes great pride in capturing the emotion of the wedding day. It was clear by her sample pictures that she did just that. As great as her formal pictures were, it was the impromtu moments that she captured that drew us to her.After booking - Annie was eager to get our vision for our day. She took it upon herself to get to know Mike and I better. She even came out to DC (where we live) to shoot our engagement photos at no additional cost! We had so much fun that day and it was clear we made a good choice.Over the course of the planning process, Annie was very responsive to my many emails that were filled with questions, ideas and concerns. She was always very open-minded to my ideas and made me feel like all my questions were valid!As the wedding drew closer, she even agreed to attend and shot pictures at our rehearsal and rehearsal dinner. She said she likes to attend the rehearsal because it gives her a chance to get to know the wedding party and relatives. This is just a testament to how much pride she takes in her work and doing an outstanding job. At the rehearsal/rehearsal dinner- she reached out and was warm and friendly to our guests. Our guests were already raving about her -- even after the rehearsal!At the last minute, she said she'd come to the salon on Saturday morning to take a few pictures of us getting ready. This was not originally agreed upon when we negotiated the contract, but she could tell it was important to us and made herself available. After the salon - she went to the venue (Detroit Athletic Club) to meet with our even coordinator and check lighting in a variety of locations. She had already been to the club a few months back to scope everything out. On the day of - Annie and her team were calm, cool and collected. We got through all our pictures in a timely manner and from what I've seen so far she captured SO much emotion, excitement and fun from our day. Annie was also the last person to leave our reception with us at midnight! Unlike most photographers we met with who only wanted to stay until 10 or so, Annie wanted to capture the fun of the night progressing -- -she did just that and I think she had some fun herself:)I would highly recommend Annie O'Neill Photography!!! I cannot say enough good things about her. In fact, my husband and I plan on doing a portrait session with her on our anniversary every year!

Annie was one of the most positive experiences of my wedding. My husband and I were completely comfortable with Annie and her team. So many things happen the day of your wedding its hard to remember it all. When I looked at all the pictures Annie took it brought tears to my eyes because each photograph is a memory. I could look at a certain picture and remember exactly what I was thinking and how I was feeling. Being able capture such emotion is hard for photographers but Annie has completely mastered this. She tells a story through her pictures, so friends and family who weren't able to make it to our wedding truly feel like they were apart of the day when they see the pictures. I have been married for six months now and I still stay in touch with Annie. Everything about this woman, her team, and their work is nothing short of outstanding! Annie and her partner Nancy showed their backgrounds in photo-journalism in the way they managed to tell the story of our wedding day in pictures. They captured beautiful moments of our ceremony that we'd never have noticed ourselves, like the elusive grin on the always-serious father of the bride, silly moments with the best man and the "I-can't-believe-we-pulled-it-off" expression of joy as we went back down the aisle. The portraits afterward were just as good, since Annie knew some of the best places in the area for a beautiful backdrop and just the right lighting. We never felt awkward, stiff or posed. After the wedding, Annie was very helpful in creating an online slideshow to share with our friends, getting us our proofs, giving us copies and printing our favorite picture extra-large to hang on our wall. Altogether, it was a better experience than we could have ever asked for.

Annie ONeill did an exceptional job capturing our special day and providing us with pictures that we will cherish for years to come! We can relive our wedding day every time we look through our beautiful album! She also took the time to get to know us and made it her personal goal to make sure that we were 100% pleased with absolutely everything she did. We were very lucky to have found and booked her as our photographer - I can not say enough good things about her!

Annie O'Neill was wonderful. We booked her 5 days before our wedding. Everyone felt very comfortable with her and she made things alot of fun. There was no pressure at all. Our photos turned out great and they looked so natural because we just had a fun doing it. I would definitely recommend her for any kind of photography. Her personality is one of a kind!

This photographer's presence was a seamless part of our wedding. There was not a lot of "uh-oh, here come the photographers" business. And when we saw the photos for the first time, we were really struck by their apparent omnipresence. They managed to be in all the right places at all the right moments, without ever getting in the way of the festivities.They were also very easy to work with on a personal level. We put a lot of passion and creative energy into our wedding - to make it just right - and they connected easily with the memory we were trying to make, and joined us as collaborators.
