Amore' Limousines

Amore Limousines was fantastic to work with. Everyone in the office was very friendly and knowledgeable. They even suggested places we could go get pictures taken at. When the llimo arrived it was immaculate and they even matched the napkins to my wedding colors. The driver was on time and it was wonderful not to worry about anything. I would highly recommend this company to anyone!

We rented an 18 passenger hummer limo for our October wedding. The limo was right on time and got us to the chapel on time thanks to our driver's smart decision to avoid a huge backup on the highway he was originally going to take. The limo was stocked with liquor and champagne as advertised. Our driver was very courteous and held a large umbrella for all of the girls as they got out of the vehicle. Unfortunately there were a few nats or fruit flies flying around the limo and the heat didn't seem to be working very well, if at all. Luckily with all of us in the limo it wasn't too cold, but I can't imagine dealing with that on a cold winter day! At the end of the day, I would use Amore Limo services again!

Amore was very good to work with when arranging all of our transportation details. However, our driver arrived very late. In fact, he arrived after my bridesmaids and I were to be at the church - this was exceptionally terrible because I was rushed at the church to talk with my photographer and get settled before walking down the aisle. This was very upsetting. As if that weren't enough, he asked me to give him directions to the church once I got in the limo (which I had already taken the time to write out on the form that Amore requests be submitted). Additionally, it was raining and the driver stepped on my dress (which did not have a long train) 3 times when walking me into the church. Lastly, the champagne that was provided for us was not put on ice, and the ice buckets were not filled. Instead, we had to ask for ice that he later pulled out of the trunk. Needless to say, we were not thrilled with our service at all.

We highly enjoyed having this servie on our Wedding Day! The White Escalade Limo was perfect and looked awesome. We loved the time with our bridal party in the limo from the church to the reception and would highly recommend this service for your day as well!

TERRIBLE experience with this company....We rented a 56-passenger motorcoach and a 10-passenger limo from Amore Limosuine for my July 1, 2011 wedding. The air conditioning was not operating on the motorcoach that we rented for transporation for 40+ wedding guests. It was 90 degrees outside and above 100 degrees on the bus, and passengers were extremely hot and miserable. My 80-year-old grandmother began having symptoms common to heat stroke. My brother had to tell the bus driver to pull over, they were not going to go any further on the bus. The bus driver never told us that he had contacted his company regarding the issue because it would have taken over an hour for the bus to be replaced; he just kept driving and, at one point, was even driving on the road with the bus door open. Everyone was let off the bus at a gas station, halfway to the reception, and all the guests had to find rides to the reception. This was a nightmare! The bride/groom had to share thier limo ride with 6 guests because there was no room for them in other cars. After multiple attempts to talk about reimbursement for the bus, the company's owner continued to avoid us and would not meet with us. He offered a $200 refund (my parents paid over $1700 for the motorcoach and limo). Our deposit for the bus was $250, and for the limo was $125. He will not refund our deposits. I finally accepted the $200 refund on 9/3/11 and requested that the refund be sent within one week. As of today, 9/9/11 we have not received anything and they will not return our messages. In addition to this, the limo ride for the bride/groom from the reception back to the hotel at the end of the night was subpar - as the driver did not know where she was going and had to take directions from the bride and groom. This company never even once called to apologize about this incident after the wedding. If you could see their business office, you would not want to rent from them. Very shady. I suggest using another company. And go to their office to see how thier business is run, if I had done that in the first place, I would have passed on using Amore' Limosuine.

The limo was nice and everything went smoothly. I changed the pick up location about half a million times and everyone was nice and responsive. The driver cleaned out the limo after we hopped out, that was nice because we left a lot of stuff behind! It was pretty expensive for five hours, though, but everyone loved the bar inside!

During the booking process Amore was fantastic! However, come the wedding day and days to follow we became increasingly dissatisfied with their service. I had called to verify that I could have a DVD played as a surprise to the groom when he was picked up, something that the customer service lady ensured me I could do. However, day of the wedding the driver said "it was broken he would have to check" and when asked again simply said "nope" The driver also bad mouthed my photographers for taking "stupid pictures and wasting time" and he yelled from the limo as we were getting our pictures done that he had to go and had to be down in the South Side by 7:30. Keep in mind, we did sign a contract saying that if the time ran over we would be responsible for paying the extra time, something which we were fully willing to do. We were dropped off to our reception early, and certainly missed out on some more pictures with just the bridal party. The driver also sassed one of the attendants with smart remarks and barked at two attendants. Days following the wedding we were told many more stories like this from the bridal party and so we decided to call the company. During our call, the woman simply told me that the driver had been with them for 14 years and had never received a complaint. Regardless of this being true or not, there was no apology, nothing. With my DVD not being able to be played, it was simply shrugged off although I mentioned I had called that week to make sure it was able to be done. They showed up and took us where we needed to go so all in all I guess it wasn't a complete loss. I just wish there was some kind of apology to my guests who had to suffer from the verbal harassment of this completely unprofessional and extremely rude driver.

Amore' was fantastic! They were on time to pick me up on the way to the ceremony, and were very easy to work with when we weren't sure where we were going for photos after the ceremony!

Once they got to my house for pickup they were very professional and had great service. But they were about 20 minutes late to pick me up so I was almost late to my own wedding.

Amore Limousines provided outstanding service on our wedding day. The bar in the limo was fully stocked and even the beverage napkins matched our wedding colors. The limo driver opened doors for everyone and was on time for everything. The price was the lowest of all the limousine companies in the area. I would highly recommend for any event!

Amore was timely and professional. The limo looked very nice inside. I would recommend Amore in the future.
